Question : I notice blister on penis shaft earlier today around 6pm but 2hrs later they went down super tiny and going away now. With no pain nor itching . I think its a skin irritation or from masturbating so much an I think its a little swollen.

Hello,
It is possible to get skin irritation from masturbating. If they are small and non-painful and from friction then they should heal up on their own. If they become painful or spread you should see a doctor and get checked for herpes. Herpes often shows up as blisters but it is painful and does not go away so quickly.
Consider using lubricant to avoid this problem in the future.
