                                    Brief Answer:
Possible pelvic infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It is possible that you are having a pelvic infection.
This can cause burning, bloating and brownish discharge post sex.
Please consult an OB - GYN.
Get an internal exam done, a Pap smear and a vaginal swab and culture, that will tell you what the real cause of infection is.
Do you have regular periods ?
Do you have any burning while urinating ?
Are your bowel movements okay ?
Do you have any abnormal vaginal discharge, itching, redness or burning during sex ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

                                    Brief Answer:
Does it always follow sex ?
Detailed Answer:
Well, for the brown discharge that follows sex, you definitely need an internal exam and a Pap smear.
Also, a pelvic ultrasound scan.
The bloating and burning could be more of gastritis, does it happen only after sex ?
Or do you have bloating and burning / gas sensation more often ?
