Brief Answer:
clinical examination & investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be more helpful if give more details about your medical history like :-
1. Any medical ailment like cold and cough.
2. Any history of allergy.
3. History of smoking, etc.
Sometimes, due to cough, small blood vessels get ruptured resulting in blood streaks in sputum or seen in spit.
A clinical examination by an ENT specialist along with investigations like Chest X - Ray PA view will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
It can be due to VasoVagal attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Some people faint or feel like fainting on seeing blood. This occurs due to VasoVagal attack resulting in decreased blood supply to brain. Whenever you feel such symptoms, you should lie down immediately with head end lower than the feet. This will increase blood supply to brain and will relieve the symptoms. Also maintain good dietary habits and monitor your blood pressure.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
