Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Your complaints corroborate and indeed point to liver pathology. My recommendations for you would be:
* Eliminate red meat completely from your diet. Restrict fat intake. Eat bland and light. Eat a fiber rich diet. You may use dietary fiber supplements.
* Walk regularly in the morning.
* Blood sugar and blood pressure have to be kept in control.
* Complete abstinence from alcohol.
* Get evaluated for filariasis.
* Get an upper abdominal ultrasonogram done.

Feel free to write back.

Regards
