Question : Hi Doc,

Today morning i noticed blood in stool, can you state the probable reasons ? Is it a worry ? Plz advise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There are a few common causes of blood in stool. But the most common being tears from hard stools/straining. There are other causes also. I will suggest to see a doctor and investigate only if the problem persists.

In the meanwhile drink plenty of fluids and eat plenty of fibre rich food. No need to be worried.
