Question : hi my name is XXXXXXX XXXXXX. i am urinate blood. i am very scared please help should i got to the emergency room

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have passed blood in Urine (Hematuria) .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning ,increased frequency for urination ,urgency etc associated with hematuria?
2) Do you have pain in abdomen or loin?
3) Do you have fever with chills?

The commonest cause of hematuria at this age is either due to UTI (Cystitis)or stones in urinary system.

Drink more water and observe for any improvement over a period of 12 hours If persists consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the last 12 hours I stopped bleed. I am drinking water. I did have fever with chills and I took meds for it. It still feels a lilttle burn

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
