Thank you for asking
bluish discoloration of index finger could be trauma related or it could be vascular or exposure to cold. It could be raynaud's phenomenon or it could cyanosis secondary to central or peripheral compromise . Many blood conditions like methemoglobin and polycythemia etc also causes it.
Get a vascular surgeon and let them assess it for you. Keep the fingers warm and apply some topical vasodilators. Get assessed at an earliest possible convenience.
