Question : Hello Doctor,
I had protected sex on 04-April-2015 with female sex worker her vaginal fluid was in my groin area where I had some cuts. Immediately after 2 days i had rashes itching in my body and then white coat in my tongue and my palms got pink in color and the muscle twitching and my color of the skin became dark complexion. I thought these are the symptoms of HIV or other diseases klike HERPES or HEPATITIS or SYPHLIS. But after 6 months of PCR testing all came NEGATIVE but after that I was not satisfied and then the Doctor has asked for SWAB test and all came NEGATIVE but the report says that I am infected with the below 3 bacterial infection
1. reichlich prevotella bivia
2. Enterococcus faecalis
3. vereinzelt proteus mirabilis
All these are tested in Germany.
My questions below
1)Whether these infection is curable or only treated.
2)Can I have sex with my wife or not or only protected sex is advisable.
3)Is the disease contageous
My body color turned dark than usual, my face became dark than usual, my chubby cheeks now turned thin.
Please advise Doctor, I have been waiting since 7 months and now the Doctors have correctly diagonised I beleive the disease can cause so many symptoms in the body.
I have 7 years old son can she be infected if I touch him or kiss him or hug him.

I can understand your concern for the possibility of any Sexually transmitted infection in yourself after the incidence.

After analyzing all the reports let me first of all reassure you fully that there is nothing related to any major sexually transmitted infections as we as anything which could be contagious to your wife or son.
As per your reports, you are free from HIV and other of sexually transmitted infections.
For the part of the urine report: it basically shows three bacterial growths. In usual part of any urinary tract infection we basically find one or at the maximum two types of bacterial growth. In case if there are more than three bacterial growths are seen then it is considered to be contamination. This contamination in simple words means bacteria coming from urinary skin or surrounding areas. These can be normally present over the skin of urinary or anal orifices and not in urinary tract.
So in such cases we go for repeat urine examination with all the care that a mid stream sample to be collected in a sterile container after proper cleaning of the urinary orifice.
For the further part of queries:
1. These infections are most contagious directly. Only in unprotected intercourse one can have infection and that too if the hygiene is not maintained properly.
2. You can very well have intercourse with your wife but protected one till you get a proper report. You need not to be worried or anxious to tell your wife regarding the simple infection which anyone can get even without sexual contact.
3. You can very well touch and kiss your son and give the best love and affection without any fear. Your family needs your full support in terms of the same. Give eh best which they would have missed in last couple of months.

Could you please let me know what antibiotics should I take for killing these infections.
As you know just the sex workers vaginal fluid which touched my skin immediatelz took me to this stage.
If my sperms or my urine or my saliva if my family gets in touch may be they also can get these infections.
I havent had sex with my wife since then and I am avoiding since long time to have sex with her.
PLease let me know if this is completely curable and this is been diagonised after 8 months ( It was on 04-April-2015) and through the SWAB test it was found that these infections got impacted in my body.
Otherwise I was thinking HIV, HEPATITIS, Ghoneria, Chalmidiya, Syphlis.
Now my major problem is I lost my color, My body is become loose, I lost weight, What can I do for curing these infections.
Please advise Sir.

Let your first divert your mind from the sole cause of Sexually transmitted infections for your all the concerns.
Let me first reassure you that the bacterial growth coming in the report is not soleley due to sexual transmission. It can occur due to usual normal skin growth. So first relax yourself from the incidence of contact with the sex worker.
Though in my opinion you need a repeat proper urine examination as discussed in previous mail. But even then the antibiotics given to you are quite sufficient to cure the infection. You can very well take the antibiotics as suggested by your treating doctor.
Maintain a good hygiene and wash the area properly on daily basis.
The part of the rest of all the symptoms you are feeling are never seen in any of the Sexually transmitted diseases. So relax your mind from the part of anything occurring due to any Sexually transmitted infections.
You can meet a physician and can get proper counselling for all your concerns.
