Brief Answer:
Following causes to tremor and high muffled pitch in your ears...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

1. You are saying to be feeling body vibrations like tremors although no visible tremors. Can you please report if :
- they are like cold chills? are you having flu like symptoms also?
- do you also feel like fainting or any stomach problems?
- does it happen all the time? or is there any specific time: e.g. when you lay down in your bed? or after eating? or if you skip your meals?

2. From what you are describing, it might be due to changes in your blood sugar levels. You can check them when having a tremor attack.

3. Stress is also another factor that might cause tremors as body reaction to it. Try to relax; take more time to rest; increase fluids intake and do not skip your meals.

4. With regards to high muffled pitch in your ears, it is called tinnitus. Further evaluation is needed to determine the right cause:
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- ENT examination to evaluate the inner ear status
- as you suffer of osteoarthritis, it can be also developed in the small bones of your ear; giving this symptom. ENT specialist will tell more after evaluation.

Looking forward to have the requested info in for a more specific opinion!
