Suggest Treatment For Disc Problem With Arthritis

Hi my name is Cynthia Richards, I have been diagnosed with arthritis, osteoarthritis, I have had 2 neck SURGEYS,now I have problems at discs 6&7. I have all kinds of shoots, dye tests for my back, spine.Also MRI, x-rays and shoots. I need help phone: (334) 482-0337 age 46 weight 180 I also have thyroid problems, dibeaties.

Hi,

The slipped disc issue may cause shooting pains that radiate from the spine to the limbs. The pain worsens ok bending forward and lifting heavy weight. Please avoid bending forward, lifting heavy weight, riding motor cycle or bicycle. Please take high calcium diet. Nerve relaxants like Gabapentin and anti-inflammatory medicines will help you.

Hello,

I recommend starting therapy for chronic pain management. In this regard, Pregabalin and Amitriptyline or Duloxetine would be helpful, concomitantly with physiotherapy.
