Brief Answer:
Please avoid further Lorazepam

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Lorazepam although safe medication, upto four milligram per day, but I think you need to restrict yourself considering your age. Any kind of benzodiazepines beyond 65 years may lead to sudden cognitive impairment and may result in fall and likely complications. My request is to avoid further intake of Lorazepam at least on this day.

To manage your shaking I feel it will be appropriate if you can do deep breathing. Try to extend a single breath cycle upto 15 seconds from the normal four seconds. This producing calming effect and may help you in reducing shaking to great extent.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
