Question : what can cause sore and tender nipples.?

(it has been going on about a month and a half.!)

Sore and tender nipples are due to following possible causes:

1) If you are taking any hormonal medicines like progesterone.

2) If you are due for your periods.

3) If you are pregnant.

my period is so irregular so...I never know. I have taken NUMEROUS pregnancy test and they all came back negative. also, I am not on any hormone pills. I should have included that I am 19...I dunno if my age may make a difference or not tho. /:
