Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines, take steam inhalation and lozenges

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
Sever dry cough might be related to infection or inflammation of the respiratory tract may be due local allergy or any other infection like viral or bacterial.
Since your symptoms have reduced after starting antibiotics so you need not to worry, you will be alright very soon
Metosartan also causes dry cough as a side effect so it could be a contributory factor for cough.

Here, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Are you running fever or having sore throat or nasal congestion?
Which antibiotic you have taken?

In my opinion you should take steam inhalation and do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
Deep breathing exercises will definitely help you.
You can take cough lozenges like cofsil or vicks.
Bloating might be related to gastritis caused by drugs so I would advise you to avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
you can also take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for 2 to 3 days.

Hope this answers your question
Please write back to me with all the details I have asked for, So that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes
