Brief Answer:
Diagnosis needs to be confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Brown spotting after periods can be due to local lesions in the cervix or the vagina, or can be due to hormonal disturbances like progesterone deficiency.
Local lesions like polyp, infection, premalignant or cancerous lesions can be diagnosed by proper internal examination and pap smear.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
I will suggest you not to take excessive stress as cancerous lesions are highly unlikely in your age group.
So, get properly treated after proper examination and investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry so much

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
It is always better to consult an OBGYN specialist for vaginal bleeding and discharge problems as they are experts of that field.
As I have mentioned, chances of cancer is almost nil in your age group, there is nothing to worry.
Moreover, exact diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and investigations.
You can consult any qualified OBGYN specialist in your city.
Brown discharge can be due to infection, local lesions in cervix or vagina or hormonal disturbances. So,the diagnosis should be confirmed and exact treatment should be done.
