Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

The bump in her hole is likely to be due to inflammatory swelling going for pus formation.
I would suggest you the following

1. Local cleaning of the hole
2. Local application of antibiotic ointment like Framycetin or Mupirocin which are usually available as over the counter medication will be helpful
3. Once the bump subsides, use gold ornament to keep the hole patent

It should get in couple of days. If you notice increase in redness/appearance of redness or the swelling increases then consult your Physician.

You can also send me clinical photograph for clinically assessment.

Take Care
