Had urine culture and nothing there as bacteria or white cells.

Then this may be deeper infection such as prostatitis or epididimits and you should do ultrasound or scintigraphy. Try to avoid sexual I intercourse or masturbation till pain last. Also,drink plenty of fluids,raspberry tea. If there is no improvement in few days,switch antibiotic to cephalosporine. Wish you good health. Regards
