Brief Answer:
Please try to improve your diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any nausea? Vomiting? Lack of appetite? Any bloating? Stool problems?

Such strange feeling is most likely associated with stomach issue. It can be an inflammation or ulcer. H.Pylori infection can also give such symptom. It is characteristic for stomach issues to give symptoms shortly after foods intake (like 30 minutes). Nausea, lack of appetite can be present as well.

If you have also bloating, constipation or diarrhea, large intestine problem (like a polyp or tumor) should be also considered. Please note that over the age of 50 the risk of large intestine diseases are much more common.

I suggest you to start with diet change. Please try to eliminate fatty foods, fried foods, coffee, chocolate, orange juices. If the warmness is from the stomach, such diet should help.
If you find large intestine issue possible, colonoscopy should be done.

If the diet improvement wont help, please consult gastrologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
