Question : My friend consumed dettol and she has vomited it. She might have had some traces of it in her mouth. We made her gargle and drink lot of water. She says she has burning sensation in her mouth, tongue etc. is she in danger?

Brief Answer: There is no cause for concern Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Vomiting us quite common after consumption of dettol. As you mentioned she has taken only traces, it's unusual to have any burns of oesophagus and stomach. If she is able to swallow well and there is no pain/difficulty in swallowing then there seems to be no cause for concern.
