Need not be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Pain related to breathing is usually pleuritic (due to inflammation of pleura) in origin.

Anyhow,I can have a better idea if you give some more details.Kindly go through the following questions.
1)Are you having fever ?
2)Any other symptoms like cough/sputum?
3)Is the pain increasing during cough?
4)Any history of trauma to chest recently?
5)Is the pain associated with excessive sweating/nausea/increasing on exertion etc?

Waiting for your reply,
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Pleuritic pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

The description of your pain fits into pleuritic type of pain; cardiac origin is uncommon in your age,and is already ruled out by ECG and other investigations.
Anyhow, acid peptic disease can also contribute to this, though the features are not typical.
It will be fine if you could see a physician to have a detailed chest examination to see the exact cause. You may be asked for an x-ray also.
If everything becomes normal, this just need simple analgesics for a few days.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
We can reduce.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

We can reduce the gas issue/dyspepsia by making a some changes in our diet and lifestyle.
The recommended changes are:
1)Be regular in your food timings-keep correct schedule as far as possible.
2)Include lots of green leafy veges and fruits in your diet.
3)Drink enough water.
4)Reduce intake of non veg items-especially fried one.
5)Reduce amount of oily/fast food/baked items.
6)Avoid smoking and alcohol-the MOST important thing.

Your night shift also can contribute to dyspepsia. But with the above said measures,we can control to a greater extent.
Meanwhile, for temporarily relief, you can use some antacids and acid secreting agents like ranitidine, omeprazole etc for a few days.

If the symptoms fails to resolve with these measure in a few weeks,it is better to see a gastro enterologist to rule out any gastric mucosal pathologies.

Regarding chest pain,as I told, kindly see a physician for evaluation.

Take care,
Thank you.
