I guess that you meant to say that you experience a burning sensation in your penis after ejaculation.

That can happen in case of infection in the tract.

Another possibility is that of your hernia getting obstructed following the muscle contractions due to the act.

I would suggest that you get a routine urine test done to look for any urinary tract infection, and if it is present then you will need to take a course of antibiotics for the same, in consultation with your local doctor for the prescription.

And if the pain is at hernia site, then it needs repair.
