Question : taking extra strength Tylenol for several days should have waon off by now 20 hrs lat. my arms ans shoulders burning sensationer

Could be C5 Root compression .

Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
Reading your brief description I am of the opinion that you are probably suffering from pressure on one of the nerve roots in the neck- C5 root, which affects shoulder and upper arm.
I suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants, pregabalin + methycobalamin and neck physiotherapy .If you don't get relief in 10 days then X-ray / MRI of neck may be required.
