Brief Answer:
The hard lump is most likely cervix.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your anxiety.

You seem to be having chronic yeast infection. In that case you need to repeat the medications every week for 6 weeks. For this you must first be examined by doctor to confirm that it is yeast infection only.

As regards the hard lump you felt (coming outwards), most likely it is the cervix (neck of the uterus). Many women confuse the cervix for hard lump and come to me for consultation in my clinic. The other possibility in your age group can be Bartholin cyst/Gartner's cyst/inclusion cyst.

Fix appointment with your doctor for confirmation of the diagnosis. If it a cyst it can be removed.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
