Question : My wife has bronchitis and is on medicine. An inhaler and penicillin. Her skin just started hurting alot in her hands and arms. What might this be.

penicillin can be the cause.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.

In my opinion your wife is having skin problem due to penicillin.
Penicillin Is very notorious in producing skin lesions.
So this may be the cause.

But I want to know few things first.

1. Since how many days she is taking penicillin?
2. Does she have redness or itching or swelling at painful skin site at hands and arm?
