Brief Answer:
You should consult a Surgical Gastroenterologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Recurrence of hiatal hernia may need surgery again.
As you had Mesh hernioplasty,it is not appropriate for open surgery,it's better to undergo Laparoscopic surgery.
You should consult an Upper GI surgeon who is specialised in Laparoscopy.
Instead of Ibuprofen, I prefer antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine and also add Capsule Rabeprazole and Domperidone combination to my patients.
Nothing to worry.
Do not go for long distance walks.
Hope I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards
