Is It A Hernia If I Have Tenderness And Swelling In Groin?

I had a big operation two yeard ago. I had mess inserted either side of my groin.I feeltender on the right side.I am not swollen and can t feel anylumps. My skin in the area is tender. I know I have a hernia that side. It doesn t bother me because I can lie flat and it goes.

It appears that you have a hernia, and got operated for that, still you are mentioning that you have hernia.
It may be a surgical hernia, or a different hernia. The tenderness could be due to the eruption of skin in that area, or due to the hernia.
It is advisible to consult a surgeon for diagnosis,and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
