Question : I am a 48 year old femaie. I am experiencing extreme cold (like I am in Alaska without clothes in the snow) to extreme heat (have to take off clothes and stand in front of a fan. I have pain in my lower back which almost never goes away. I also suffer from level 10 migraines most of the time (since I was a young girl).
The extreme cold with violent shaking occurred last night for the first time in my life. I calmed down after several hours. However, it came on again about an hour ago.
