Question : i am 20 year old and my left and right both breast are getting pain since 14 year age.i have no any tumor in my brest.this pain getting always.my menstural cycle is also good.sir i am very tentionised due to this problem please sugest me

Cyclical mastalgia( breast pain) is quite often seen in young individuals. It usually occurs due to fluid retention during the time of menstrual cycle which causes heaviness of breast.

I would suggest you the following

1. Limit fluid intake during menses

2. Wearing the right size bra is very important for providing adequate support to breast

3. Evening Primerose Oil capsules taken twice a day for 1-2 months will be helpful in relieving pain
