Question : Good Evening,
In the last couple weeks, a perfectly round small circle has appeared on my right calf. It's not raised nor does it hurt. It's just a round red circle, maybe the size of a pencil eraser. It also has a perfectly round white circle just inside the inner edge of the outer edge of the red circle. It's smooth and isn't rough or oozing anything. Wondering if maybe I got bit by something?

Brief Answer:
Skin biopsy is mandatory

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached image in detail.

Considering it's silent clinical behaviour, it's important to get a biopsy of the lesion.

This is to rule out the possibility of skin malignancy particularly melanoma.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
