Question : When I squeeze me right breast and nipple a tiny bit if clear liquid comes and I am ovulating because I see it when I wipe and on my panty i have no sore breasts I am not constipated
And I was on prednisone about 3 weeks ago March 31st

Breast or nipples discharge could be related to several conditions ranging from physiological discharge related to hormonal changes to serious breast diseases.

Prednisone causes hormonal disbalances, so, in my opinion, the discharge is related to prednisone use.

But, since there is discharge from one breast, a check up from your primary care Doctor is needed to exclude other possible causes.

A prolactin blood level and ultrasound of your breasts are simple useful tests to exclude other causes about nipples discharge.

Can I take Vitamin B6 to help lower prolactin

Use of large amounts of vitamin B6 can lower the prolactin levels, but first you need to measure blood prolactin.

Pregnancy is a possibility of nipples discharge, and this is related to hormonal changes too.

This possibility is eliminated now.

I still think you need breast check up ( ultrasound) and Prolactin level measured.
