Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Wish you good health. There are several possible causes, but most common this is caused by esophageal spasms, hiatal hernia, gastritis or throat inflammation. I suggest to change your dietary habits. Reduce coffee, alcohol and carbonated drinks, drink menta tea and more milk products. Take few spoons of honey each day. After meal avoid proloned sitting or laying. Sleep with elevated upper body. If symptoms persist you should see gastroenterologist or ENT doctor, you may need certain medications for acid or you ll need endoscopy tests if symptoms persist. WIsh you good health. Regards
