Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query but find the details inadequate.
* Please clarify ' lower left side of what '? Is it about your back, chest or abdomen that you are talking about?
* How long has this been occurring? Has there been prior episodes other than over the last 3 days?
* Any aggravating or relieving factors?
* Any radiation to other areas?
* Any other relevant details.
I would await your response. Based on it I would guide you further.

I've also have had diarrhea for 2 days. I have no pain when I sleep, it's only when I'm standing up.
Brief Answer:
Get yourself evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. However, you have not included all the requested details. As of now you need to take plenty of water and ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the fluid that has been lost.
Let me know if I could help further.
