Brief Answer:
eustachian tube dysfunction, continued sinus infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The popping noise in the ear, clogged/full sensation and ringing (tinnitus) , may be due to eustachian tube dysfunction (not working as it should).
The eustachian tube is a passage way that leads from a part of the throat to the middle ear, it has different functions

In sinus infections, ear infections or cough/colds,eustachian tube dysfunction can occur. It can resolve as the infection resolves though in some cases, the dysfunction can persist for a long time.

The swelling of the face and post nasal drip indicate that your sinuses are still congested.

You may need another course of antibiotics, a different one may need to be used or a prolonged course of the same one.
Oral Antihistamine decongestant combination would help with the sinus congestion and may also help the eustachian tube. These are over the counter medications- if you buy a cough/cold med or allergy med should contain anti histamine and decongestant.

Warm compress to the face would help with drainage as well.

Steam inhalation or the use of a humidifier may also help.

Continue the use of a the steroid nasal spray

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
best to wait till improvement

Detailed Answer:
HI

It would be best to wait until your symptoms are improved, the chemicals may further aggravate the sinuses
