Question : I have a history of attempting suicide and the suicidal thoughts are getting pretty bad tonight... diced up my leg with a blade to try ease them but they wont go away... the voices keep screaming at me to kill myself but do it properly this time... not sure what to do

Later on the treatment can be started for hallucinations by approaching NHS.
