Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello thanks for the query.

the constipation may be related to your body achieving a new state of normalcy. it may take a few weeks to get back to normal.

right now please focus on maintaining good hydration as this is critical to normal bowel function. also increase dietary fiber.

try Metamucil as well this will help soften the stool so it can move more easily.

I am confident that within a few days you should be back to feeling better.
