Get your urine examination.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Consult your treating Gynecologist and get your urine examination and culture and sensitivity test done.
You should take antibiotics which are safe during pregnancy ( after consulting your treating doctor),drink a lot of water and tropical to control bleeding.
I would suggest you to get your ultrasound scan for foetal well being and to see if stone is present in urinary tract.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
Regards
