Brief Answer:
kindly consult a gastroenterologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Black coloured or very dark colored stool is not a good sign. It suggests that there is bleeding going on somewhere higher up in your stomach or upper intestines.
Do not consume laxatives frequently as it can also cause erosion of intestinal walls and may result in bleeding. But that doesn't seem to be a reason for the current problem.
I would strongly recommend you to consult a gastroenterologist and you might need an endoscopy to rule out any bleeding point presence in upper gastrointestinal tract. If present it can be controlled with endoscopic procedures.
Red blood with mucus can also be result of laxative overuse as I stated above. Due to this bleeding it may be possible you might also have blood loss resulting in anemia.
Kindly consult doctor and do not take this lightly and diagnosis should be done asap and treated.
I hope I have answered your query well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
