What Causes Dark Green Fibrous Stool And Diarrhea?

Question: I had diarrhea for about 36 hours and now I feel better but my stool is a very dark green and fibrous. No pain associated at all.All I have eaten has been rice and some bread for the past 24 hours.

Don't worry about the color of the stools as you have taken Bismuth tablets . Bismuth tablets can cause blackish or greenish discoloration of motions. So no need to worry.

I recommend you to drink plenty of water and fruit juice. Avoid Oily food and non veg food.
