Brief Answer:
Advise to undergo further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Dark urine could be due to several reasons including infection of kidney/bladder, increased bilirubin levels, decreased kidney function and blood in urine.
Since you have been on meloxicam recently, it can affect the kidneys adversely and cause dark urine.
A urine analysis and culture is needed at this point and further investigations will also be needed tailored on the results of urine analysis.
Dark colored urine should not be taken lightly, especially with recent history of being on meloxicam. All the conditions I mentioned above require appropriate treatment, which yield good prognosis.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider as soon as possible.
