Brief Answer:
hyposalivation, decay, artificial saliva, restoration

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as your problem is concerned, the decay in your teeth can be because of the reduced salivary secretion. Even the smoking can increase the incidence of the caries.
This answer cannot be held in the court of law. Because court or judge expects answer from a doctor after direct complete examination and diagnosing the condition. I understand your financial issues. But the dental treatments are too expensive, particularly implants. I would suggest you to go to a educational dental hospital so that you can get the treatment in affordable rates.
The decayed teeth can be restored with composites and missing teeth can be replaced with denture or implants.
The reduced salivary secretion can be treated with artificial salivary substitutes like carboxy methyl cellulose.
These are the possible causes and remedies for your problem based on your description.
If you can upload the images of your teeth and if you can explain your problem in detail i can give you the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
If any queries are there, reply me back.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
