Question : When i hit my knee in a certain spot it kills and feels like deep bruise or like hitting funny bone its only on one knee. No tramua or injury occured

such symptoms may appear when patella(soft bone infront of knee joint) is affected. i would suggest you to get MRI Knee joint done and take the report to an orthopedic surgeon for correlation and management.
