Brief Answer:
Listed all that is possible with the medications you are on sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I would first like to clarify, did you mention you take 30 oz of water (i.e. 0.8 litres) per day? Please clarify if this information is correct?

Among the drugs mentioned:

+Isosorbide mononitrate: Can cause dehydration, and has been reported in many individuals
+Meloxicam: mildly contributory to causing dehydration
+Mirtazapine: Dehydration can be secondarily caused due to a more common side effect of diarrhoea, so only if diarrhoea is present can dehydration be suspected
+Tamsulosin: Does not contribute towards dehydration
+Bupropion: Yes, initially it can; seen and reported only during the first 2 weeks of use of bupropion
+Lisinopril: No
+Simvastin: No
+Finasteride: No

I have provided you with reference for each drug you are using, and a few of them can be mildly contributory but none of them can cause such serious dehydration that you have mentioned sir, which is why I would like to ask you:

+What your daily fluid intake is: ?

+And also if it is possible for you to measure your daily fluid output (urinary)

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.
