Brief Answer:
Explained.
Detailed Answer:
Are you sure that the pregnancy has been confirmed ?
Pineapple and papaya will NOT help in going for an abortion.
Do NOT take the abortion pills without consulting a gynecologist.
First pregnancy should be confirmed by an ultrasound scan.
This is done to confirm days of pregnancy, because pills work only within narrow time frame.
Next, it is done to rule out complications like ectopic pregnancy or twins etc.
Next pills are taken as per prescription ( generally 1 tablet of Mifepristone followed 48 hours later by 2 tablets of Misoprostol, followed 24 hours later by 2 more tablets of MIsoprostol ).
Heavy bleeding with cramps starts within 24 - 48 hours, may continue for a few days.
Spotting might last upto 2 weeks.
Follow up ultrasound scan is a must after 15 days to check that the abortion is complete and the uterus is completely empty.
Take care.
