Brief Answer:
No chance of pregnancy. Follow the advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for additional information.

1) According to last period date, you did SAFE sex in SAFE period (last 7 days before period are EXTREMELY safe). Additionally, you took Postpone 72 on the next day, which will give extra protection against unwanted pregnancy. You have NO chance of pregnancy in this context.

2) You got withdrawal bleeding on 10th Oct and it is quite NORMAL phenomena. However, your upcoming period may be delayed or earlier (from expected date) due to hormonal imbalance and mental stress.

3) Above clinical features may be associated with Premenstrual Symptoms or excessive mental stress with imagination of pregnancy.

Following measures will be helpful for you to feel better :

a) Take easy digestible balanced diet and foods rich in calcium. Include whole grains, protein, low-fat dairy, fruits and vegetables.

b) Do light exercise and avoid stress through meditation or yoga. keep bowel habit regular.

c) Cut back on caffeine, alcohol, chocolate and salt. Drink more water and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and practice safe sex in future.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
