Question : I've been taking zantac for over a month i also been having acid problems last month I was suppose to get my period on the 28th I been cramping but no. Period I took a pregnancy test it came back not pregnant help wat could b wrong

The delay in periods is not due to gastritis or Zantac. Since the pregnancy is ruled out, the delay can be due to stress, anxiety, change in dietary habits or environment. Do wait for a week and in case there are no periods then do consult your gynecologist for hormonal treatment to get periods.
