What Causes Difficulty In Attaining Orgasm During Intercourse?
Question: I was wondering why when i have sex with my wife, for some reason i cannot reach orgasm anymore. My body feels very week just before climax. Help???

It may be just due to performance anxiety. Do you get morning erection? and orgasms & ejaculation during masturbation? If yes then points towards anxiety. So, please provide details regarding this for further suggestion. All the best.

I do reach ejaculation during masterbation, but what do you mean performance anxiety? I can continue entercourse for almost 30 min woth no ejaculation. Just before i have the feeling to "go", my body seems to weaken and the feeling goes away and i go limp.

If you are not getting proper erections while doing intercourse but not during masturbation, it may be due to anxiety. This is called performance anxiety. ie, you are worried about your performance in front of your partner.
But, I do not think it is your case as you can continue till 30 min. Frankly saying 30 min is more than average duration of intercourse!
Coming to your weakness before ejaculation, it is normal to have cloudy mind before ejaculation and feeling exhausted/relieved after ejaculation. And tremors can also occur if continued for long duration in certain position holding your partners weight.
So, I dont think you have any problem as such. Please start regular exercise, balanced diet and avoid smoking/alcohol if any for positive results.
