Question : Hard to breath, Watery diarrhea, 95 temp, rotten egg tasting small burping.

If you developed these symptoms after eating some unsafe food, it is likely to be a GI infection.
It is advisable to get blood and stool examined. If you are not vomiting, you should drink plenty of fluids especially ORS. If there is vomiting, you can get dehydrated and should go to ER.
