Question : over the past several years I have had difficulty ejaculating. Now I am finding it impossible to ejaculate either with my wife or by masturbation. Which kind of doctor should I see?

Inability not to ejaculate with advancing age is a common phenomenon and is mainly due to low testosterone levels .

With advancing age there is reduction in production of Testosterone hormone that regulates our sexual function and production of semen so it is not uncommon not to ejaculate after the age of 70 years more specifically if one has other major health issues like Diabetes ,Hypertension etc.

You may consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and investigations .
