Brief Answer:
Probably mild case of postural hypotension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Most probable cause of your concerns is Postural Hypotension, or blood pressure drop after standing from laying or sitting. Another possibility is Positional Benign Vertigo. There is need to measure your blood pressure in laying and standing position. If there is significant difference ( about 20 mmHg) then we are sure it is Postural Hypotension.

I recommend you not to get up immediately, try to sit for about 5 minutes from laying and then stand up, have plenty of liquids. Usually these measures work. If the symptoms persist, I suggest you to consult your primary care Doctor.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
