Dizziness and light headedness while leaning down can be physiological as well.It happens normally in many persons. It happens for a few seconds and then it becomes normal. However,I would like to know a few details in order to answer this well further-
1)Do you have any medical history like Diabetes,Hypertension, heart problems or any other illness?
2)Are you on any medications?If yes,list them?
3)Did you have loose stools, fever or any other medical complaint recently?

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with the above details so that I can address your concern well.
