Brief Answer:
Regular checking of blood pressure is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The blood pressure 173/70 is definitely on higher site considering your age.The dizziness could well due to it.My advice would be to take diet low in salt, regular physical exercises and a visit to physician is must.
Meanwhile you can have green tea or lemon water.I am hopeful, it will work for you.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Going by your suffering,it looks Gastritis is the cause .I would suggest to have small and more frequent meals. The drugs which helps are Pantoperazole and domperidone.Your local pharmacist/ GP might know about it.
